Spent a wonderful week here over Christmas with my family. the resort had a huge water park and lots of pools, which the kids loved. the beach was beautiful and just a short walk from our room. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast every morning. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed.

The food was sometimes hit or miss, but overall we enjoyed our meals. the location was a bit far from the airport, which made the trip a bit longer and more expensive.

The pool was nice and clean. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. There was a good variety of food available.

The room was dirty and not properly cleaned from previous guests. The music at the pool was too loud and annoying.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is directly across from the waterpark and right by the beach. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the bathrooms. the staff provides excellent service, with friendly and attentive waiters and bartenders. the buffet offers a wide variety of food, and there are other restaurants with great options like fresh burgers. the entertainment staff is energetic and keeps guests entertained with activities like silent dance parties and foam parties.

The restaurant opening times for lunch and dinner may be late for small kids, as they open at 12:30 for lunch and 18:00 for dinner.
